The installation takes nature as a model for intact communication, which has often been lost in our society. This model is based on the capacity for empathy and resonance.

Through industrialisation and urbanisation, art's relationship to nature receded into the background.
Only in recent years - caused by climate change - have we observed a renewed interest in the processes of nature. The Frequency of Flowers sees itself in this discourse.
