Starting from the latest developments in the field of ecoacoustics, this session includes a talk, a listening session and some sound imagination exercises on the inhabitation of ecosystems by acoustic communities that are constantly listening to each other, the complexity of the resulting soundscape, and its dramatic changes due to the climate crisis. Finally, there is a brief overview of hybrid (human and non-human) acoustic communities and some ideas on how to listen to all this.
