Susannah Stark & Band
Scottish printmaker & singer Susannah Stark explores the many dimensions of softness in relation to the human voice and manners of speech, drawing from a folk music upbringing to create sparse sound collages evocative of places - both internal and external - connected with experiences of faith and being, together with trumpet player Philip Cardwell and drummer Laurie Pitt (Golden Teacher, Dick 50). Her debut album ›Time Together (Hues And Intensities)‹ out on Stroom in 2020, was described by Noel Gardner in The Quietus as »a seven-song serving of gossamer dub-pop experimentalism« and as a live show by Jude Browning in MAP Magazine as »music suspending weightlessness and opacity with the unfathomable facets of existence«.
They have played at venues and festivals in Scotland, UK and Europe including Intonal, Mälmo, Meakusma, Eupen, The Glad Cafe, Glasgow, and Cafe Oto, London and been played on radio stations around the world including NTS (UK) Resonance FM (UK) KEXP (US) Strange Sounds from Beyond (NL) Clyde Built Radio (UK) Subcity (UK) The Slow Music Movement (PT) Lyl Radio (FR) FBI Radio (AU) BBC Radio 6 Music (UK) Fact Magazine (UK) and WNYU (US)

Anchoress
Anchoress was formed in 2020 in Berlin, DE, and is comprised of Anna Lucia Nissen (Vocals/Keys), Alexander Rathbone (Guitar) and Tobias Textor (Drums).
Centered around a magnetic vocal delivery (often inviting comparisons to Anohni, Scott Walker and Nico), Anchoress fuses elements of avant garde classical, experimental liturgy, and goth-minimalism into uncanny ecstatic dirges that oscillate between hopefulness and despair.
Their sound, evoked with swelling organ drones, ritualistic guitar arpeggios and starkly subtle percussion carries with it a cinematic sense of magic that manifests the listener into a rich and raw atmosphere of romantic doom and darkness.
In 2021 Anchoress was a mentee of Jan Brauer (Brandt Brauer Frick) for the Berlin Amplify program of ACUD Macht Neu, received a scholarship from GVL Neustart Kultur 2021/2022, was selected for the Pop-Kultur Talents 2022 and received a scholarship from Musikfonds for 2022/2023.
In 2020 the debut EP »In Times Where Eyes Are Low« was released. Currently, Anchoress is working on their first full length studio album, which will be released in the fall of 2023.
Gloria de Oliveira
Berlin-based Gloria de Oliveira plays a delicate mix of ethereal wave, dark ambient and dream pop. Her bewitching sound spectrum is enhanced by her densely atmospheric, self-directed music videos & visuals. Her much celebrated latest record, »Oceans of Time«, a collaboration with long-time David Lynch-collaborator and sound designer Dean Hurley, was recently released on Sacred Bones (NYC) and recommended by publications such as The Wire, NTS Radio, Boomkat, and as »an ethereal gem« by Loud and Quiet Magazine.
