The Kühlspot e.V. is a non-profit- Organisation that presents around 200 concerts every year with improvised music, free jazz, jazz, neue Musik, performance art and dance in Berlin Weißensee. The Kühlspot Social Club is located at ground level in an inner courtyard used by artists in a listed area of former Berlin workshops in Weißensee. The club members are musicians and artists from the Berlin scene. From the very beginning, our program reflects the music from Berlin's independent music scene. The Organisation represents a variety of interests that make up this scene and is based on the motivation to promote the growth of the many elements of this scene. We offer young talents a stage as well as international or Berlin musicians such as: Ute Wassermann, Gunter Hampel, Potsa Lotsa XL, Phil Minton, Kresten Osgood, Liz Kosack, Martha Warelis, Kazuhisa Uchihashi, Axel Dörner, Alexander von Schlippenbach, Anissegos, Dag Magnus Narvesen, Julia Brussels, Lina Allemano, Viola Yip, Benjamin Bennett, Jack Wright, Bex Burch, Elisabeth Harnik, and many more.
Accessibility: handicapped-accessible, at ground level
