Schule machen: QuerKlang. Experimenelles Komponieren in der Schule

MaerzMusik

Accompanied by teams consisting of a teacher, a composer and a university student, the pupils investigate sounds, arrange them into compositions and share their discoveries with the public. QuerKlang brings together three different working environments: the world of the school, of university education and that of professional musicians and composers, thriving on the sparks and tensions between these worlds.
These concerts present premieres of group compositions.
The pupils come from the Carl-von-Ossietzky-Oberschule, the Schulfarm Insel Scharfenberg, the Parzifal-Schule Berlin and the Musikgymnasium C.Ph.E. Bach. They work together with the composers Andrei Cucu, Sabine Vogel, Tomoya Yokokawa and Anais-Nour Benlachhab.

QuerKlang bringt im Rahmen von MaerzMusik – Festival für Zeitfragen 2022 Kollektiv-Kompositionen von Schüler*innen Berlins zur Uraufführung.
