The concert program aims to showcase some of Ukrainian and German composers in the context of piano music, and the interaction between piano and electronics. Touching on the work of several generations of composers, the program features pieces for piano and piano with electronics by Sylvestrov, Zagaykevych, Schöllhorn. Also on the programme are pieces by a younger generation of composers, such as Shmurak, Sadikova, Nykolaiv, Borysenko.
The stylistic of these composers' music varies greatly, showing a diverse range of the expressive tools and techniques in the field of contemporary piano.
