Virtual sound objects for an non-visible exhibition II

JORGE VICARIO | SOUNDSABOUT

Virtual sound objects for a non-visible exhibition is a computer-controlled sound installation written in Supercollider. The installation is the conclusion of an artistic research project consisting in the codification of sounds synthesised and identified according to their real referents in the material world.
These sound designs are extended beyond their originally defined materiality and into a speculative aesthetic realm, conducted through ever evolving algorithmic patterns.
