An hour with the modern art ensemble

A journey through times: Jeffrey Ching combines his own music with the piano fantasies by C. Ph. Em. Bach and gives us a panorama from the 18th century China. We present also a new piece by Klaus Schöpp which is inspired from the "Pillow Book" by Sei Shonagon, She lived 1000 years ago as a lady of the court in Kyoto. The composition "Erde" by Il-Ryun Chung reflects nature and stillness and features the composer as a guitar soloist.

Das modern art ensemble präsentiert am 30.09.2022 in der Paul-Gerhardt Kirche ein Konzertprogramm mit dem Titel „Chinese Gardens“ mit Uraufführungen von Jeffrey Ching und Klaus Schöpp sowie einem weiteren Werk von Il-Ryun Chung.
