Roberto Maqueda presents a program that includes different visions of what our time’s percussion "can" be. Asthma, by the Danish Steen-Andersen, initially composed for accordion, comes to the percussion repertoire thanks to the joint work between Steen-Andersen and Maqueda, for the creation of a version in the purest "man-band" style, in tune with the first work of the concert. On the other hand, Thorn is one of the key works in the artistic proposal of the percussionist from Badajoz, a collaborative process with the composer Andreas E. Frank that has been developing for four years. The Moth, will open the concert, a collaborative piece by Fernando Manassero and Maqueda. A full world of sounds raising from the turntable and its sound world.
