Selfies and rituals, politics and performance, tutorials and survival of the self. Reality has long been a post-digital reality - countless practices that have emerged on the internet have been transferred to the rituals of analogue life. Frauke Aulbert, known as a virtuoso voice expert, appears here both as herself and as a character. She uses song, dance and video to address the question of how the voice retains - or loses - its place in this multitude of forms of expression. And which forms of digital expression remain in analogue voice practice?

Inspired by found objects from the Internet, the performance collages set pieces, moments of living, showing, learning, appropriating and forgetting on the Internet, from DIY to professional, from profane to virtuoso, from amusingly entertaining to deadly serious. Contemporary ‘private-public’, hybrid (self-)presentation forms: A dance with the social dimensions pre- and post-Internet.
