PARETZER FIELD MUSIC - Picknickkonzert

For the fourth time, flutist Sabine Vogel will present the picnic concert series PARETZER FIELD MUSIC in the Havelland region in early summer 2026. Between May and July, the field next to the CAROMATISCH gardener in Paretz will once again be transformed into an unusual stage for improvised and contemporary music, sound installations, and site-specific performances.
The audience is invited to spread out picnic blankets and experience music in the midst of nature in a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere. International artists will shape a program of improvisation, experimental music, and sound art.

On June 14, Australian sound artist Anthea Caddy will present an installation for parabolic speakers from her “Long Throw Series,” followed by the Berlin-based clarinet duo The International Nothing performing their new piece “Too Small to Fail.”
