klangzeitort: Konzert Berliner Lautsprecherorchester

The Berlin Loudspeaker Orchestra is an arrangement of various speakers that function as independent performers and generate sound. The Speaker Orchestra is »conducted« via a control console, a device, or an interface that allows for the individual control of each speaker. Electroacoustic music is »devirtualized«; it takes on a physical form, which is essential for its realization in performance. Students from both universities, the Berlin University of the Arts (UdK) and the Hanns Eisler Academy of Music (HfM), regularly compose for this orchestra.
