Workshop series Community of Practice

Do good and talk about it! For a long time, climate communication focussed on footprints and renunciation, which can slow down the motivation to act. To counter this feeling of powerlessness, the Climate Handprint communication tool developed in India for the various areas of sustainability was established and transferred to the climate context in Germany and elsewhere. Taking action, making a positive impact, participating in the transformation - this is the focus of the approach that Julia Siewert will be presenting. As an expert, she will explain the concept of the Climate Handprint. Siewert works as a senior manager for KlimAktiv, a think tank based in Tübingen that helps develop climate protection strategies for companies and private individuals, among other things.
Good Practice: Detlef Grooß, Orchester des Wandels; Pina Schubert, HELLERAU – European Centre for the Arts (ZERO) and Diana Palm, Performing for Future
