Dear Colleagues,

In 2021, the Month of Contemporary Music will once again present the unparalleled diversity of Berlin's contemporary music scene. Current works by Berlin ensembles, artists and composers can be discovered in concerts, performances and sound installations – both in established concert halls and in independent venues.

The Month of Contemporary Music is curated by the scene itself: ensembles, festivals, venues and artists are invited to contribute events to the program. The inm / field notes only coordinates the individual events and administers cross-festival communication. Via the common framework of the Month of Contemporary Music, a wide range of activities can be adequately showcased and our diversity can be communicated to a broader public.

Participation in programming

Everyone can take part, everyone is welcome. This principle is important to us in covering the broad spectrum of artistic positions.

Please enter the event directly in the field notes calendar until the 15th June 2021.

Conditions for the cooperation

    • Announcement in the field notes magazine and / or
    • Presentation of the event in the concert calendar of the field notes magazine (Please enter the event here according to the editorial deadline.)
  • website
    • Presentation of the event on the website (Please enter the event here according to the editorial deadline.)
  • marketing
    • Mention of the event in all overview advertising materials on the MdzM
    • Presentation in the field notes newsletter (Please write to marketing@inm-berlin.de whether you would like to raffle 1x2, 2x2, 4x2 or 5x2 tickets.)
  • Social media
    • Presentation on the social media of field notes (facebook, instagram or twitter) (Please send pictures of samples or similar to Fillipp Vingerhoets (fillipp.vingerhoets@inm-berlin.de) up to one week prior to the event.)
  • Press work
    • Mediation of the event through press work to the MdzM
    • Presentation of the event in the digital press kit of the month of contemporary music
    • Mention in press mailings to Berlin print media, TV and radio stations as well as online media (goal: announcements, preliminary reports, calendar entries, interviews, etc.)
  • Consulting on PR strategy (if required)

    • Use of the logo of the month of contemporary music on all advertising material for your event (please send it to marketing@inm-berlin.de for approval)
