B. Fleischmann – Music for Shared Rooms (Morr Music, 2LP/CD/digital)

Bernhard Fleischmann has been active for over two decades at the interface of conceptual pop and adventurous electronic music as a solo artist, but also as a composer for theatre, dance and film. For »Music for Shared Rooms«, he selected 16 pieces from an archive of over 600, focusing on the (inter)spatial qualities of music as an accompanying and commentary medium for other art forms. The stylistic spectrum is impressive, ranging from electro-acoustic textures and fragile piano sounds to hip-hop beats and club music.
