Open Space 2021
Many thanks to all for bringing your expertise and experience around the table and engaging in such fruitful, constructive and open exchanges throughout the two days of the symposium “Curating Diversity: What does freedom sound like?”. We are grateful for the valuable and insightful discussions, the diversity of perspectives and the openness of everyone to follow such a (challenging) digital format.
Listening Sessions
The participants were invited to meet in groups and attend 45 min Listening Sessions, hosted by the following artists:

Open Space
The second part of the Symposium was organized, using Open Space Technology. This participative meeting methodology invites participants to collectively create and organize the agenda and content of parallel working sessions around the central theme.

Networking
We are very happy that so many people from different world regions joined us to exchange and feel encouraged to follow up and strengthen this transnational discourse. Please contact us if you wish to reach out to another participants but you do not have to contact detail. We are happy to connect you.
Open Call Gallery
We would like to thank all of you who contributed to the Open Call. Since the two days were so dense and not everybody might have found the time to visit the gallery, we have decided to leave it open for another 10 days.
Please note that we will delete all contents after those 10 days, unless you give us the permission to publish your contribution on the Sounds Now website (www.sounds-now.eu).
Feedback
The digital open space format was very new to most of us. We appreciate your feedback and are open to receiving your ideas, suggestions or criticism.

Follow-up
We look forward to seeing you at the follow-up meeting on October 6th 2021, 17.00 - 20.00 CET, to see how the various initiatives developed at the meeting have advanced.
